HARI2 BERSIN SAMPAI KELUAR AIR MATA?
Hohoho..kalau deqsu jadi macam ni mau xbuat keje. Tambah2 kalau kat ofis, lagi la xselesa. Jom cek kot2 kita semua ada resdung ke dok ;)
Tanda-tanda resdung:
1. Hidung sentiasa berair /
selsema setiap masa terutama ketika musim sejuk dan awal pagi
2. Gatal-gatal pada hidung, mata dan telinga terutama bila makan udang, ayam, ketam, ikan masin dan sambal belacan.
3. Bersin diwaktu pagi bila terkena habuk.
Opps.. adakah anda ada tanda2 diatas? :(
Kesan-kesan resdung:
1.Hilang deria bau
2.Pelupa/daya ingatan lemah
3.Lubang hidung bengkak dan tersumbat

Dari sumber yg deqsu dapat (http://www.mahsuri.com/) menceritakan serba sikit pasal fobia.
.

Fobia bermaksud dimana pesakit mengalami ketakutan yang tidak wajar atau tidak rasional (irrational fears) terhadap sesuatu benda atau situasi yang khusus. (emm,xwajar ek???huhuhu)
Ia juga dikaitkan dengan pengalaman yang lalu atau pelaziman (conditioning) dimana rangsangan (stimulus) yang neutral dikaitkan dengan rasa takut atau cemas apabila mereka terdedah dengan situasi yang sama. fobia adalah sebahagian dariada penyakit jiwa (penyakit jiwa??aigoo..sakit mental rupanye.hehe) yang lain seperti kemurungan (anxiety disorders). Umumnya ketakutan terbahagi dua iaitu takut biasa (normal fears) dan takut luar biasa (abnormal fears).
Jenis-jenis Fobia:
- Fobia Biasa (Simple Phobia)
- Fobia Agora (Agora Phobia)
- Fobia Sosial (Social Phobia)
Fobia biasa dikatakan jarang sekali berlaku. Antara ciri-cirinya adalah takut pada ular, kegelapan, lif, menaiki kapal terbang atau berada ditempat yang tinggi.(jarang ke???huhu...not my fobhia type kot..)
Fobia Agora biasanya bagi mereka yang takut berada di tempat-tempat umum seperti pasar, dalam bas atau jambatan atau keadaan bersesak-sesak dengan orang ramai. (pasar???ye sgt fobia terhadap psr mlm skrg ni..huhuhu)
Fobia Sosial berlaku apabila seseorang itu merasa tidak selesa dan cemas dalam situasi seperti perjumpaan, berinteraksi dengan rakan atau makan di khalayak ramai. (huhu..sgt takut bila terjumpa dengan org2 yg menakutkan a.k.a suspek...)
Langkah Pencegahan:
- penghidap seharusnya tidak mengelakkan diri daripada berhadapan dengan situasi yang ditakuti.
- Yakinkan diri bahawa tiada bahaya akan menimpa anda.
- Teknik relax.
- Tumpukan perhatian dan fikiran pada sesuatu yang positif bagi membantu meneuralkan perasaan bimbang atau takut yang dialami.
Kompilasi:
- Kemurungan (depression)
- Gangguan dari aspek aktiviti harian atau sosial.
- Panik
- Merasa rendah diri.
So,buat sape2 yg fobia 2 try la tengok anda tergolong dalam golongan yg mne ek..
cuma, bagi saya fobia boleh diubati andai kita tidak terlalu memikirkannya...

~ study last minute tips~

Waa…already 1st December lor… 1day and half more to study TAP… is it enough??? I don’t think so coz right now only a few topic in my mind (really2 few maa..) otoke (r ur brain ok?? or in malay “otak ok ke??” huahua.. broken korea already=p..)?? What should I do???... Furthermore, really not in mood to study because a few things happens lately… and then I found some TIPS during Google search ( still have time for that..hehe=p=p).. taraa…..
#1 TURN TOPIC TO SONG @ POEM

(I already try it during my secondary time, but now I think its little bit difficult)
#2 HAVE SOMEONE QUIZ YOU

(everyone in a busy time and study by own. So, I don’t think so..hehe)
#3 STOP STALLING

(huahua.. that really right…so…???????=p=p=p=p)
Let’s try guys!!!!!!hehehehe….. since the last TIPS related to what I’m doing right now.

#1 TURN TOPIC TO SONG @ POEM
It sounds corny, you've heard it before.. But it really works! And believe us, it DEFINITELY works better than falling asleep with a partially-read book covering your face! Take some basic concepts from your textbook and transform them into a goofy song, poem, or even a rap! This simple thinking exercise not only familiarizes you with key ideas in an almost "fun" way.. It makes it easy to "sing" the song back to yourself while taking the actual exam.. The keywords stick to you.. and the song(s) you write about them become like your own invisible crib note sheet! Of course, this tactic works best when memorizing names and dates for subjects like History!

#2 HAVE SOMEONE QUIZ YOU
One of the reasons we all hate studying so much is that it often confines us to either an awful silence or even to an undesirable solitude. It's definitely much more appealing when there is someone there with us to turn studying into an interactive quiz show.. Asking questions.. throwing around ideas.. Testing us in a friendly way to see what we remember. Psychologically, it's less stressful --and therefore, much easier -- for us to learn when the person asking us questions is a friend and not a pot-bellied, wide-eyed instructor. Of course-- we could make a whole 'another page filled with tricks just to get someone else to help out & actually participate in this sort of academic activity--but if it's the infamous 'night before an exam'.. and someone owes you a favor.. try this tip out !

#3 STOP STALLING
If it's really the night before an exam, you shouldn't have even gotten this far in reading our web page! Stop playing on the Internet.. Stop putting off what you have to do.. Just do it! Don't let ANYTHING else distract you.. Don't tell yourself "Ok, I'll start "really" studying after a snack." Or-- "I'll get into it once 90210 is over.." NO ! Get busy right now.. and don't stop ! Like exercise, it'll hurt while you do it.. But you'll feel better about all night studying if it's from 8 PM to 4 AM then if it's only from 3 AM to 4 AM and you wasted all that time just getting upto it ! Think logically!

(huahua.. that really right…so…???????=p=p=p=p)

Lakukan secara agresif pula… Jangan peduli apa orang lain kata..

Hilangkan semua tekanan…

pusingkan kepala…
